Yes, we deliver! Delivery fees apply and are dependent on location and size of order. We will include that information when providing you with an estimate.

Note: Our BBYQR Signature Balloons are called XL for a reason! We transport all of our products in the back of an SUV with the seats down. Please take this into consideration when choosing between pick-up or delivery.

You may be concerned about the impact your beautiful balloons has on our environment. We highly recommend using latex balloons to ensure you are being earth-friendly. We use Qualatex latex balloons, which are biodegradable, and decompose as fast as an oak leaf in your backyard! Latex comes from rubber trees, and is collected by cutting the tree’s bark and then catching the latex in a cup. Latex harvesting doesn’t hurt the tree!

If you do choose to use foil balloons, we recommend that you discard them appropriately and never release them into the air. Foil balloons do not decompose and can easily become tangled in trees and power lines. To properly dispose of foil balloons you should cut the balloon open to release any helium, then discard them in a recycle trash container.

Do not inhale helium – it may give you a funny voice, but don’t do it! Although it’s not poisonous, it could lead to suffocation or damage your lungs

Yes! We require at least 10-15 business days to complete these projects. We also require a high resolution image of your logo. We can also supply you with helium, valves, ribbon, cutters, etc for your event.

We start prepping your order a few days before we deliver it to you (it takes time to make those beautiful tassels!) Because of this, we do not allow changes to be made to your order within 48 hours prior to pick up or delivery.
